Running Accomplishments:

As of yet I have NONE!  Though I have done a few 5k, 3k, and 10k walks.

Short-Term Running Goals:

In the next two years I'd like to be able to get in 5 miles five days a week.  I'd like to participate in a 10K run and actually run the whole thing.  I'd also like to participate in the Danskin Triatholon.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Just working right now on the short term. I'd be happy right now to say I am a runner.

Personal:

As far as personal facts, nothing too exciting about me. I am a mother of four kids, love to blog about them and my personal feelings, which you can find me at 4kidsnodog.blogspot.com.  I am married.  I have a degree in education but haven't done any professional teaching in a long time.

did 6.55 in 60 minutes then went another 5 minutes to get to 7 and then cooled off for 5 for a total of 70 minutes.

tried a little outside run, not sure what I did to my knee last week, I ran 1.5 miles at a 7.2 pace...not too bad, but my knee is killing me now. 

 

also back doing my wii active 9 week cardio circuit training, its starting to get more intense now. liking it a lot, did a ton of squats, quads a little sore. did 29 minutes.

My knee had been bothering off and on all week but was able to walk, so I decided to run on the tread mill. Got on did the first 1 mile at 6.0 pace and felt great. Decided to pump it up to 6.5 at about 1.25 miles felt like someone took a bat to my knee and waked it, my knee buckeled and I lowered the speed down to 2.0 and walked it out for a bit. Tried to bring it up higher but couldnt. Finished my 3.0 in 45 minutes. probably should of gotten off and went home.
