As of yet I have NONE! Though I have done a few 5k, 3k, and 10k walks.
Short-Term Running Goals:
In the next two years I'd like to be able to get in 5 miles five days a week. I'd like to participate in a 10K run and actually run the whole thing. I'd also like to participate in the Danskin Triatholon.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Just working right now on the short term. I'd be happy right now to say I am a runner.
Personal:
As far as personal facts, nothing too exciting about me. I am a mother of four kids, love to blog about them and my personal feelings, which you can find me at 4kidsnodog.blogspot.com. I am married. I have a degree in education but haven't done any professional teaching in a long time.
while out on my walk today my mom called to let me know my dad would be having open heart surgery....kind of stopped my walk, plus for some reason i can't move my NECk at all!
