Feeling tired and not wanting to do much this morning, I turned on the treadmill for 20 minutes doing the hill program. I figured I'd just walk a mile this morning. Well the 20 minutes were up and I started the warm down, and well was feeling really warmed up so I jogged a miled...a whole mile. For some reason the machine kept going and so did I. So I got a little well a lot more in than I thought. Hoping to average 2.5 miles everyday next week. |
