Running Accomplishments:

As of yet I have NONE!  Though I have done a few 5k, 3k, and 10k walks.

Short-Term Running Goals:

In the next two years I'd like to be able to get in 5 miles five days a week.  I'd like to participate in a 10K run and actually run the whole thing.  I'd also like to participate in the Danskin Triatholon.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Just working right now on the short term. I'd be happy right now to say I am a runner.

Personal:

As far as personal facts, nothing too exciting about me. I am a mother of four kids, love to blog about them and my personal feelings, which you can find me at 4kidsnodog.blogspot.com.  I am married.  I have a degree in education but haven't done any professional teaching in a long time.

This morning, I reluctantly got out of bed, and ran for 30 minutes, getting two miles in, which made me happy, few moments of walking but anyway happy with my little jog this morning. 

 

I stopped a little earlier because my kids were begging me to come up stairs and enjoy my birthday breakfast they fixed.

Thanks y'all for the well wishes...its been a pretty good day, went to lunch with my sisters and sister in laws today! fun...

as far as breakfast goes, we have a tradition of making a birthday cake out of pancakes and strawberries and whip cream! yummy! I will post pictures if I can figure that out :)

Have a wonderful birthday! Your running doesn't need to be a lot more than this one at this point, imo.
